  • Are you licensed, insured or bonded?

    Yes, Illinois State Plumbers License #:058-174293. We always have copies of our insurance and bond certifications on hand so feel free to ask for them. We would be happy to share.

  • How much does an average plumbing issue cost?

    We really cannot average any plumbing issues as they can range from less than $100 to over $1000 when it comes to bigger emergencies and replacements. We have a flat rate system that we stick to so nothing comes as a shock when you get your bill. We offer free estimates.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We always accept cash, personal checks, Visa,Mastercard and Discover. Payment can be made at the job site which makes it convenient for you and us.

  • Do you offer any type of payment plan?

    At this point in time, we do not offer any payment plans. However, as each job is different and each situation is unique to it, we are willing to work something out to help out as much as possible.

  • How far are you willing to travel to do a job?

    We cover all of McHenry County, most of Lake and some of Cook, depending on the work that needs to be done. If you are unsure of whether we will travel to you, just give us a call and ask!

  • Do you take emergency calls?

    We always have our company phone handy, but we do have set hours Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. If an emergency does arise, we urge you to give us a call, any day, anytime.
